Our takeaway Service is still going strong, since March through to the Autumn now! We are delighted to be providing takeaways through this second lockdown!
Takeaway Service Times: Thursday to Saturday evenings 5pm to 8.30pm,
Sunday roasts 12 noon to 5.15pm
Ordering: please phone & leave a message anytime - 01225 428844, or email us email@example.com. We check messages regularly every day, & will reply as soon as possible to confirm a safe collection time.
Collection: please collect from a table in our car park where we will meet you with the takeaway, please wait in your car if you prefer, If collecting on foot please wait at the car park table or shelter from adverse weather in the restaurant entrance area, (we will monitor one in one out etc.)
Payment: Please pay by card or cash on collection, (contactless, or chip & pin using our sanitized card machine). You are also welcome to pre-pay by card over the phone - thank you!

For Sunday roasts we try to get most of the meat orders by Friday please so that we can let our butcher know quantities. We welcome orders on Saturday and Sunday too – as long as we have space!
The roast meats are served with roast potatoes (v), greens, carrots, braised red cabbage & cauliflower/broccoli/leeks in cheese sauce (v), Yorkshire puddings & gravy (v)
Roast leg of lamb, mint sauce
Roast topside of beef, horseradish sauce
Roast free-range chicken breast
Roast loin of pork, apple sauce
Nut & lentil patty (chestnuts, lentils, root vegetables & mixed nuts), served with Red pepper, tomato & garlic sauce, new potatoes, herbs, & seasonal greens (Ve)
Or served with all the vegetarian Sunday vegetables mentioned above, with veggie gravy (v)
